As Team leader, Fidel manages the Firm’s business and supervises all aspects of its dynamic corporate and commercial practice. His significant local knowledge and legal expertise supports clients in achieving their investment goals by helping them understand local laws, establish new enterprises, structure business deals and mitigate Risks.


An important member of the Team, Anne plays a vital role in drafting and negotiating legal documents in real estate and construction matters including sale contracts, transfers, consents and long-term leases. She has a keen interest in corporate commercial law and handles a variety of assignments in this sphere including joint ventures, company capitalisations and restructuring of businesses. A forward thinker, Anne advises clients on changes in Kenyan laws and ensures clients receive prompt communication on emerging legal issues aecting their sectors.


Having worked at the Firm for two years, Diana has developed a keen eye for detail which is key when to comes to legal documentation and identifying legal and contentious issues. She assists the legal team at the Firm in developing, reviewing and negotiating legal documents such as sale agreements, share purchase agreements, leases and employment contracts. A highly competent paralegal, Diana has experience working with a wide range of clients ranging from real estate developers and foreign investors to private clients and new firms setting up in Kenya.


An efficient and effective administrator, Faith provides support to the Team in preparation and handling of legal documents and correspondence, liaising with clients on their matters and managing relations with the Firm’s service providers and suppliers including auditors, agents and courier services. In addition to her legal and secretarial duties, Faith assists the team in general administration of the oce and handles important accounting tasks such as banking, invoicing, matter management and preparation of monthly Returns.
